Job summary

Replika is seeking a fast-moving motion designer to own paid social video ads and UGC creatives across TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. You’ll design, animate, and iterate from concept to final cut on a small growth team.

You’ll ship high-volume creative, test hooks, and keep campaigns on-brand while exploring native styles. Remote work, excellent English, and a passion for AI-powered storytelling are a must.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design portfolio with real paid campaigns.
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good taste in composition, colour and easing.
• Feel for ad structure and attention in the first seconds.
• Ability to make stop-scrollers that feel on-brand.
• Experience using AI models across image, video and sound.
• Genuine interest in the product and users.
• Fast, self-directed—ship, learn, and tighten without hand-holding.
• Excellent English communication (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Concept and animate video ads and UGC for paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Pitch fresh angles and turn the best into test-worthy ads.
• Explore styles from polished motion to native UGC to break through.
• Produce a steady stream of new creatives to meet paid social tempo.
• Work with producers and UAMs to translate briefs into winners.
• Create and maintain a consistent Replika presence across social media.
• Own the motion craft end-to-end: set the bar, ship fast.
