Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships with senior executives and internal partners. You will capture servicing requirements, prepare investor presentations, perform ad hoc analyses, and support loan servicing transfers.

The role requires 2–4 years in relationship management within mortgage servicing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently. Remote work from home is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, finance or mathematics.
• 2–4 years’ experience in relationship management or client services within mortgage servicing or related industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited guidance.
• Develop investor presentations and provide status updates to senior management.
• Coordinate client/investor requirements, document processes, and ensure compliance.
