Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, seeks a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage counterparty relationships, document servicing requirements, and assist in loan transfers and process improvements. You will deliver investor presentations and drive compliance across CMS servicing operations.

The role requires deep mortgage servicing knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Team-player with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or similar systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Awareness of project management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Develop investor presentations and coordinate with senior management.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and delinquency metrics.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments on instructions and process changes.
• Assist with change management and process improvements.
