Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships and collaborate with executive and internal teams. You will capture servicing requirements, help with investor presentations, and support transfer and process-improvement efforts.

The approved pay range is $90,000–$100,000. The role emphasizes independent relationship management, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results for investor clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• 2–4 years’ experience in relationship management or client services within mortgage servicing.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional statements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Develop investor presentations and provide status updates to senior management.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and track key metrics (delinquency, performance).
• Coordinate change management and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CMS policies and maintain data confidentiality.
• Document servicing requirements and deliverables; support in onboarding processes.
