Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on mobile test automation.
• Hands-on experience with XCTest, Espresso, or similar testing frameworks for iOS and Android.
• Experience building automated regression infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines like Buildkite or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in Swift and Kotlin for writing and debugging test code against native mobile codebases.
• Experience applying generative AI to enhance workflow efficiency while ensuring human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of automated regression test suites for iOS and Android.
• Integrate test infrastructure into the AI code generation cycle for real-time performance verification.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to improve test coverage and streamline debugging processes.
• Architect the QA strategy for the greenfield rollout, addressing complexities of regression testing.
• Establish quality dashboards and SLOs for real-time visibility into app stability and release quality.
