Job summary

Lendable is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to lead mobile test strategy and automate quality across our React Native stack. You will shape test pyramids, drive AI-assisted testing, and partner with product and engineering to raise the bar on release quality.

You’ll work in a fast-growing fintech environment, collaborating with multiple teams, owning test frameworks, and improving CI/CD pipelines to reduce flaky tests and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality engineering or test automation with a track record of maintaining automated suites.
• Experience in scaled engineering environments with multiple teams and priorities.
• Hands-on coding experience writing test code, frameworks, CI pipelines and helper scripts.
• Experience with API/contract testing and test data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile test strategy and evolve a pragmatic test pyramid for React Native.
• Enable teams to maintain high quality across products through pragmatic test coverage decisions.
• Bring AI testing into the SDLC to speed up authoring, triage failures and surface coverage gaps.
• Build reliable end-to-end automation and reduce flakiness; drive improvements end-to-end.
