Ladders is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team in a fast-moving SaaS environment, focusing on automated test coverage for web apps, APIs, and customer workflows. You will strengthen QA by enhancing frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD, and exploring AI-assisted testing initiatives, working closely with development and engineering teams to surface issues early.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in software quality assurance or automation testing.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or PyTest.
• Familiarity with software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience testing APIs and large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Interest in AI technologies and tools for software testing.
