Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in predictive modeling and analytics.
• 6+ years of experience applying ML in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical tools (R, SAS).
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Thought leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of predictive models for credit risk, collections, and operations.
• Mentor and support junior and peer data scientists.
• Promote adoption of modern data science tools and platforms.
• Present insights to senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation with emerging techniques (causal inference, GenAI).
