Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking an Analyst, Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning to design, develop, implement and monitor statistical and ML models across risk, collections, servicing, marketing and forecasting. The role involves translating business challenges into analytical solutions and delivering measurable value through data-driven decisions.

This senior individual contributor will work from home with optional travel to Southfield, MI, and will contribute to governance, documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in predictive modeling or analytics.
• 3+ years for Senior Analyst role in analytics.
• Experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python, SAS, R).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and monitor predictive models for risk, marketing and operations.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings.
• Develop analytical code and data processes for large datasets.
• Support model governance, testing, implementation, and monitoring.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative analytics environment.
