Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Mitigation Technician to join our remote Mitigation team. You will lead a skilled group, drive mitigation projects, and coordinate with Subsidence Services to protect clients’ properties while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in legal or insurance settings.
• Proven litigation experience in Fast Track cases, for Claimants or Defendants.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven under heavy workload.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with empathy.
• Experience with claims handling systems and digital tools.
• Willingness to embrace improvements and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage tree mitigation work to agreed service standards
• Provide updates to Subsidence Services
• Interpret and comment on arboriculture reports and site investigations
• Maintain relationships with third parties and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with current statutes
• Raise invoices for work and handle queries
