Sedgwick is recruiting a Remote Mitigation Technician to support our mitigation team. You will engage with third parties, coordinate tree mitigation work, and coordinate with the Subsidence Services team to prevent further damage to client properties.

The role emphasizes customer service, organisation, and communication skills, with training through Sedgwick University and progression opportunities within a global loss-adjusting leader.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service or office-based roles.
• Highly organised and detail-focused with ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience using claims handling systems and digital platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage tree mitigation work to meet service standards.
• Provide updates to Subsidence Services.
• Interpret arboriculture reports, site investigations and soils analysis.
• Build relationships with third parties and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with current statutes and protocols.
• Raise invoices and handle queries related to work.
• Deliver mitigation advice to Subsidence Services.
