Job summary

NorthAB LLC seeks a Senior Product Builder for Merchant Onboarding, a builder-first role to define, design, and prototype features that automate merchant intake and real-time underwriting validation. You will rapidly validate concepts, write precise specs, and create proof-of-concept features in sandbox environments, bypassing heavy design queues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LLMs and AI-assisted coding.
• Strong empathy through direct discovery with merchants and underwriting teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and REST/web APIs.
• Experience working with Agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and build end-to-end proof-of-concept features for the Merchant Onboarding domain.
• Conduct direct user discovery with merchants and sales partners to build empathy and rapidly convert feedback into working solutions.
• Monitor competitor release cadences and point-of-sale innovations to ensure rapid feature delivery.
• Leverage modern LLM APIs and AI coding agents to accelerate product discovery, code generation, and prototyping.
