Job summary

The position supports education, case work, and program administration for the SMP program. Ideal candidates bring a background in aging services or public health, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cases and volunteer activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional human-services experience.
• Experience with older adults or aging-services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Medicare beneficiary support and document interactions.
• Conduct community outreach and education for seniors and partner organizations.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate SMP volunteers within the region.
• Analyze program data and assist with reporting and policy recommendations.
