Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to ensure timely, accurate reimbursement for biologic infusions and related services, while helping patients access therapies without financial stress.

You will manage claims, post payments, reconcile accounts, address denials, and collaborate with intake, clinical, and supervisory teams. Requirements include 5+ years of medical billing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR, clearinghouses, and payment workflows.
• Understanding of specialty billing and biologic reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage claims for biologic infusions and other services.
• Post payments, reconcile patient accounts, and interpret EOBs.
• Resolve denials and unpaid claims with precision and urgency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, clinical, and supervisory teams.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients professionally and empathetically.
• Identify process gaps and help drive continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge openly - no gatekeeping here.
