This senior, hands-on role covers email, lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing with an emphasis on building and optimizing automated campaigns to connect with our members. You will work remotely as part of a dynamic team across the country, driving significant marketing strategies through your expertise in email marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong grasp of industry trends.
• Deep expertise in email marketing as the core of the role.
• Experience in lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing.
• 2 to 5 years with Marketo or similar marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build remote relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Leadership qualities and initiative.
• Travel or cruise industry experience is a plus.

• Create and optimize automated promotional emails in Marketo.
• Own member journeys from onboarding to re-engagement.
• Turn product launches into compelling communications.
