Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong grasp of best practices.
• Deep, hands-on email marketing expertise is essential.
• Experience across lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing required.
• 2 to 5 years with Marketo or comparable marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, and optimize automated and promotional emails.
• Own member journeys from onboarding through re-engagement.
• Turn product and offer launches into compelling communications.
• Deliver high-volume pushes on tight turnarounds.
• Target campaigns by member preferences and demographics.
