Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with best practices and trends.
• Deep, hands-on email marketing expertise core to the role.
• Experience across lifecycle, product, and promotional marketing.
• 2–5 years with Marketo or similar marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; resonates in email.

• Product marketing: turn launches into compelling member communications.
• Promotional campaigns: high-volume, fast-turnaround execution.
• Segmentation and personalization by member preference and behavior.
• Marketing automation: streamline workflows with Marketo or similar tools.
• Performance analytics: measure results and identify trends.
• Testing and improvement: fix underperformance proactively.
• Remote collaboration across teams and time zones.
• AI-enabled marketing: leverage AI tools for content and optimization.
