Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Sr Email Marketing Specialist to own strategy, development, testing, and deployment of email campaigns across multiple verticals. You will drive lifecycle journeys, coordinate with designers, and optimize campaigns for revenue growth.

The role requires 4+ years in an ESP with A/B testing, strong communication, analytics, and collaboration, with remote/hybrid flexibility in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an ESP with A/B testing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first communicator across channels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy emails with designers and copywriters.
• Manage email automation workflows and A/B testing to optimize engagement.
• Develop briefs and channel strategies across multiple product verticals.
• Monitor industry trends and test new audience targeting approaches.
• Analyze KPIs and automation performance to identify trends and insights.
• Manage audience segmentation and data hygiene for deliverability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align emails with business initiatives.
• Communicate performance findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
