Job summary

Toptal is seeking a hybrid operator within our Marketing Agency Organization to drive solution architecture, partnerships, and client-facing growth. You will report to the Practice Director of the Marketing Agency and work with distributed teams on RFP responses, GTM motions, and AI-enabled offerings.

You will build strong relationships with enterprise clients, craft compelling proposals, and evolve service catalogs to accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed with relevant experience in agency/consulting.
• 8+ years owning client-facing outcomes and deals.
• Proven experience with proposals or RFP responses of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals and RFP responses for large Enterprise engagements.
• Own GTM motions and co-sell initiatives with strategic partnerships.
• Develop and package core service offerings for sales enablement.
• Represent the organization with prospective and existing Enterprise clients.
• Design AI-enabled client solutions and drive internal adoption.
