Job summary
Veeva Systems is hiring for an implementation consultant on our remote team. You will partner with life sciences customers to ensure full adoption of PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiry, delivering value through best practices and hands-on deployment.
The role requires 7+ years of consulting experience, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Base pay ranges from $80k to $200k, with additional bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Content Management.
- Experience with life sciences customers (pharma, biotech, devices).
- Experience configuring/implementing Veeva Commercial Content (PromoMats/MedComms/MedInquiry).
- Ability to communicate with senior management and executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops aligning with best practices and drive to solutions.
- Articulate complex concepts to audiences at varying levels.
- Develop and leverage Vault platform expertise.
- Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
- Identify interdependencies between program work streams.
- Create project deliverables and standards.
- Plan after-go-live activities including ongoing support and changes.
