Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead pursuit and proposal efforts for Federal Market operations. This remote role with occasional travel to Fairfax, VA requires a strong A/E/C marketing background and a track record of delivering compliant, compelling submittals.

The Senior Marketing Manager will supervise complex pursuits, collaborate with technical, graphics, and proposal staff, QC work performed by internal and external partners, and serve as a proposal manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 10+ years of proposal production and management experience.
• Federal A/E/C marketing experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with delegation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign; CRM experience desired.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine forward action decisions, win strategies, and assemble pursuit teams.
• Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams across diverse service offerings.
• Develop client action plans for high priority clients.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
• Represent the firm at events with teaming partners and subcontractors.
• Assist with federal initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across the company.
