Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee pursuit and proposal efforts for its Federal Market operations. The role is remote with occasional travel to Fairfax, VA, reporting to the Director of Marketing, Federal Market.

The ideal candidate will manage complex pursuits, collaborate with technical and graphics staff, QC submittals, and mentor staff. Strong experience in A/E/C marketing and project management is required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 10+ years of experience producing proposals and managing proposal efforts.
• Experience in Federal A/E/C marketing preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including delegation.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign; CRM experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work with business unit managers, market segment leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to determine pursuit actions and win strategies.
• Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams across diverse service offerings.
• Develop and maintain client action plans for high priority clients.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
• Represent the firm with teaming partners and subcontractors at events and networking opportunities.
• Assist with federal corporate initiatives, campaigns and strategies.
• Facilitate cross-company communication on federal marketing initiatives.
