Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to oversee pursuit and proposal efforts in support of our Federal Market operations. This remote role requires a background in marketing within the A/E/C or related management consulting fields and occasional travel to Fairfax, VA.

The Marketing Manager will lead complex pursuits, coordinate with technical staff and graphics teams, and ensure compliant, compelling submittals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
At least 6 years of experience producing proposals and managing efforts.
Experience in Federal A/E/C marketing is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills including delegation.
Extensive MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign experience; CRM experience desired.
Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Determine forward action decisions, pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, assemble pursuit teams, and develop proposal responses.
Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams across diverse service offerings.
Develop and maintain client action plans for high priority clients.
Support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
Represent the firm with teaming partners and subcontractors at events and networking opportunities.
Support federal corporate initiatives, campaigns and strategies; facilitate cross-unit collaboration.
