Bolder Apps is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee daily marketing operations. In this role, you'll manage various aspects of content, SEO, HubSpot, and support from AI tools to drive success.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B marketing experience, is fluent in HubSpot, and has strong writing skills. The position offers a base salary of $70–90K with OTE potentially reaching up to $130K. This role is fully remote and emphasizes autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in agency or dev services.
• You can build HubSpot workflows and manage lead routing without assistance.
• You write quickly and effectively across various formats without sacrificing quality.
• You are familiar with SEO fundamentals and can execute on an existing keyword strategy.
• You utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and have built workflows that operate autonomously.
• You communicate asynchronously and document decisions thoroughly.
• You take complete ownership of your responsibilities and act independently.

Responsibilities

• Ship daily content for blog, social media, and sales enablement.
• Execute SEO strategies through technical fixes, on-page updates, and outreach.
• Manage directory operations for lead flow and reviews.
• Own daily operations of HubSpot including workflows and lead management.
• Run reports like the weekly pipeline contribution and monthly channel review.
• Operate existing AI agents and manage their optimization.
• Take over a clean HubSpot instance with clear tracking and content plans.
