You will build dashboards, run experiments, and collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data engineering to ensure data quality and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data analytics experience.
• Experience delivering analyses in agile environments.
• Strong SQL, Python or R for advanced analysis.
• Experience with large customer datasets.
• Experience with marketing analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze owned marketing channel performance using SQL and Python/R.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and operations teams and data engineering.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and engagement.
• Contribute to roadmaps and strategic decisions with data insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across datasets.
