Kin is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Controls to lead its SOX and MAR readiness programs, owning governance, direction, and quality oversight. You will coordinate control owners, consulting partners, and auditors while maturing Kin's control environment.

This role involves defining requirements for the GRC platform, ensuring robust ITGCs, and delivering timely reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.

Formación

• Candidates should have strong SOX and MAR familiarity with internal audit concepts.
• Experience implementing COSO-based controls and GAAP compliance is required.
• Proven ability to oversee external delivery teams and communicate with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOX and MAR compliance programs, audit plans, and readiness roadmaps.
• Direct external partners through testing, remediation, and validation.
• Own the GRC platform implementation and drive adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT/security on ITGCs and reporting to the Audit Committee.
