Angi is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to own the sales tech stack, drive adoption, and partner with Product to deliver improvements. You’ll balance data-driven insight with change management to empower reps and leadership across the US remote workforce.

Reporting to Sales Operations, you’ll own Salesforce backlog, data quality, and reporting standards while guiding adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce: reporting, dashboards, workflow design, data quality; Admin cert a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a complex backlog and prioritize across stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical/product teams.
• Proven ability to drive tool adoption through docs and training.
• Strong data analytics to interpret usage and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High-agency operator with bias toward action.
