The role emphasizes data-led decisions, on-shelf availability, and performance reviews while coordinating across Sales, Procurement, Finance, and external broker partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in CPG, retail ops, sales strategy or broker management.
• Experience directing a national retail agency and managing coverage, costs, and scorecards.
• Strong knowledge of retail management, planograms, displays, and on-shelf availability.
• Ability to translate data into practical field priorities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Operations strategy and execution.
• Develop and refine the national retail broker model across priority channels.
• Set retail execution strategy across selling, merchandising, distribution correction, and display.
• Prioritize resources based on store productivity and expected return.
• Support Perfect Store, 360 Selling, and seasonal offers.
