You will lead a team of Make-Ready Analysts and build scalable, standardized processes to transform remarketing services into a revenue-generating offering while maximizing value across the branch network.

You will partner with field operations, procurement, finance, sales, product, IT and training to drive profitability and competitive seller experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in remarketing or automotive reconditioning context.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Make-Ready Analysts and establish consistent, efficient standards for vehicle preparation.
• Scale a nationwide vehicle reconditioning and enhancement program across a large branch network.
• Oversee vendor management, financial oversight, and continuous improvement of the remarketing process.
• Collaborate with field operations, procurement, finance, sales, product, IT and training teams to improve execution and profitability.
