Hanwha Renewables in the United States seeks an Associate Director, M&A and Strategic Development with 7–12+ years of experience to lead and execute renewable energy transactions, divestitures, and strategic investments. You will work with Finance, Legal, Development, EPC, Asset Management, and executive leadership to drive growth and monetize portfolios.

The role reports to the CBDO or senior CBDO team, with travel up to 50% and standard business hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or senior execution role in M&A, project acquisitions, divestitures, or complex transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, transaction structuring, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute M&A transactions, project acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Manage due diligence, negotiation, internal approvals, documentation, and closing processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across commercial, technical, legal, tax, accounting, and financing workstreams.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and senior management; present recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and establish transaction processes and best practices.
