• Experience managing complex and global trials; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point.
• Coordinate external vendors to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budgets and profitability; monitor billable hours.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Ensure quality management and regulatory readiness (eTMF, CAPAs).
• Lead internal and client meetings; report progress to stakeholders.
