Job summary

Gilead Sciences, Inc. in Foster City, CA seeks a Sr. Specialist, PRC Operations to manage the Promotional Review and Control process. This in-person role collaborates with Brand teams, Agencies and Reviewers to ensure timely, compliant material reviews.

You will lead PRC lifecycle management, training, and cross-functional coordination to support launches and updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with Promotional Review and Control (PRC) processes is preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end review, approval and expiration lifecycle of promotional materials using Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Plan and facilitate PRC meetings and capture consensus outcomes.
• Oversee electronic review cycles to meet approval timelines and provide guidance to Agencies and Owners.
• Lead PRC process training and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Brand Owners and Agencies.
