ProPharma is seeking a Director of Promotional Review & Labeling Services to lead regulatory advertising reviews for consumer, provider, and managed care materials across brands. The role demands strategic direction and deep FDA regulatory expertise.

You will guide PRC processes, review launches and promotional campaigns, and ensure timely, compliant submissions to OPDP. This position supports a hybrid work model in the US and involves collaboration with clients and agencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory advertising and promotion.
• Experience with promotional OPDP submissions and launch activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compliant regulatory advertising review for consumer, healthcare provider and managed care materials.
• Lead Regulatory role during Promotion Review Committee (PRC) meetings and oversee the review process for assigned brands.
• Review materials for launch, growth, established, and derivative products for regulatory compliance.
