Job summary

Kindle Energy LLC, a leading power generation and asset management company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development. This remote role supports a growing team in building a pipeline of gas power plant development projects to meet grid needs.

Travel up to 50% may be required to advance initiatives and partnerships across multiple states. You will lead complex analyses, negotiate agreements, and develop compelling business cases for senior leadership while coordinating with origination,

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience in energy/power development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business/legal/technical backgrounds preferred.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in a lean, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development efforts from concept through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage external relationships with landowners, offtakers, partners, and vendors.
• Lead analyses, structuring, and negotiations; coordinate with counsel for complex transactions.
• Evaluate projects, perform due diligence, and develop investment recommendations for leadership.
• Respond to requests for proposals for natural gas-fired development projects with cross-functional input.
• Develop business cases, proposals, and presentations identifying new markets.
