Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical development of integrated energy and critical power solutions—generators, microgrids, BESS, UPS, switchgear and related infra. You will serve as the senior technical authority, supporting strategic opportunities, complex projects, and engagements.

Working with Sales, Project Management, Operations and leadership, you will translate customer requirements into technically sound, commercially viable solutions and drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years in power systems or related technical roles.
• Experience leading complex power generation or critical power projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution and integrated energy infra.
• Experience with generators, UPS, switchgear, BESS, or related tech.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of integrated energy solutions for key opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices, designs, and proposals.
• Develop solution architectures, sizing methods, and engineering tools.
• Review designs, conduct calculations, and validate scope and costs.
• Support sales, customer engagements, and project teams through lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align scope and schedule.
• Drive proposal development, technical presentations, and workshops.
• Identify risks and ensure accurate, deliverable solutions.
• Support project execution and handover from development to operations.
