Himalaya Wellness seeks a Senior Manager of Innovation for Personal Care to develop a robust North American pipeline, focusing on Oral Care and Baby Care. You will identify market opportunities, manage launches, and partner with global teams to drive profitable growth.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, ability to work with urgency in a remote, high-growth environment, and collaboration across brand marketing, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Personal Care product development at a fast-moving CPG company.
• Analytical skills using syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) for opportunities.
• Can write solid new item briefs with financial opportunity and USP.
• Experience with consumer insights to drive NPD optimization.
• Bias for action and drives projects on schedule.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Leads NA Personal Care innovation from ideation to launch on-time and on-budget.
• Performs category/competitive deep dives to identify white space.
• Develops briefs to guide scope with R&D and manufacturing partners.
• Collaborates with brand marketing, sales, and operations, with global teams.
• Manages schedules, timelines, budgets, and vendor activities.
