Job summary

Impossible Foods is seeking a Senior People Manager to serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders and employees while owning core HR operations. You will translate business needs into practical people solutions, ensuring accurate HR processes, data, and reporting.

The role requires experience across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR operations, with Workday and ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in HRBP/generalist role.
• CPG industry experience preferred; manufacturing population experience required.
• Solid understanding of HR disciplines: employee relations, performance management, talent development.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels.
• Fast-paced and evolving environment comfort.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify people-related needs and implement solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and retention.
