Revolution Foods is seeking a hands-on HR leader who can operate from the production floor to executive discussions, transforming practices into reliable systems for a growing team. You will guide an HR organization of about ten people and partner with Operations, Finance/Payroll, and senior leadership, reporting to the CFO as the structure finalizes.

This builder role blends technical HR expertise with team development and business partnership, delivering proactive leadership across locations

Qualifications

• HR leadership experience with hourly frontline workforce in operations
• Strong employee-relations judgment and systems-building mindset
• Familiarity with UKG HR systems; Spanish proficiency preferred

Responsabilités

• Strengthen compliance and trust across timekeeping, meal/rest practices, employee relations, investigations and manager accountability.
• Build a stronger HR team by assessing talent, expanding leadership, closing gaps, and creating a responsive service model across locations.
• Make systems work for people by improving UKG data, workflows, training and HR processes with Payroll and operations support.
• Develop managers and employees by creating sustainable training and supervisor capability programs.
• Support growth with confidence by building repeatable HR playbooks for acquisitions and seasonal transitions.
• Turn insight into strategy by using retention, engagement, compliance, and workforce measures to shape people plans.
