Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in production environment leading teams.
• Strong TPM experience and capability to drive loss reduction.
• Experience leading strategic deployment plans and change initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support IL6S program development and implementation across MSC.
• Execute the Operational Excellence Roadmap with senior leadership alignment.
• Lead manufacturing loss analyses and train regional resources.
• Build capability through training, coaching, and talent development.
