Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a senior leader to direct Supply Chain Excellence/IL6S program governance and global deployment across manufacturing networks. You will benchmark best practices, drive maturity assessments, and standardize core processes to deliver end-to-end improvements.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, quality, planning, and procurement, shaping capability through coaching and data-driven decision making. Travel 30–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing leadership.
• Deep expertise in TPM, LEAN Six Sigma, and IL6S hands-on implementation.
• Multi-site leadership experience and program management across global networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and globally deploy the IL6S framework, methodologies, assessment tools, maturity models and governance routines.
• Lead global benchmarking to identify best end-to-end practices and improvement opportunities.
• Lead maturity assessments, performance dialogues, and compliance monitoring.
• Drive global alignment and standardization of key supply chain processes.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks; elevate as needed.
• Support sites with diagnostics, structured problem solving, and improvement roadmaps.
• Build capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring of site/regional teams.
• Mentor site and regional teams to strengthen their leadership in continuous improvement.
