SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the Operations Efficiency portfolio across global logistics. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to identify opportunities, deliver cost savings, and improve service levels.

You will own governance, project prioritization, and benefits realization, while developing scalable processes and playbooks to sustain improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja's global operations.
• Identify cost-to-serve improvements and drive cross-functional cost savings.
• Partner with Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning and Ops to deliver benefits.
• Build governance, reporting, and playbooks to scale improvements.
