SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the Operations Efficiency portfolio across global logistics. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to identify opportunities, deliver cost savings, and improve service levels.
You will own governance, project prioritization, and benefits realization, while developing scalable processes and playbooks to sustain improvements across the organization.

Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical leadership role in driving cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across SharkNinja’s Operations organization. This individual will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency across the business.
This role will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities across the Operations expense base. The Senior Manager will own the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, delivered on time, financially validated, and incorporated into forecast updates in partnership with Finance.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly from executive-level portfolio management to deep analytical problem solving and cross-functional execution.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, analytical, commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are equally comfortable building an executive-ready savings roadmap, digging intologisticscost drivers, challenging assumptions, aligning Finance on benefit validation, and pushing cross-functional teams to deliver.
This person will bring a “CEO mindset” to Operations Expense: seeingthe full picture, owning outcomes, making tradeoffs, driving accountability, and relentlessly pursuing better ways to deliver cost, service, and operational performance.
Academic credentials should include an undergraduate degree from a respected college / university, ideally in a discipline relevant tosupply chain,such asSupply Chain Managementor Engineering. AMaster’s degree in Business Administrationor technical discipline, while notrequired, will further differentiate the ideal candidate.
The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Pay Range: $145,000 — $175,000 USD
