Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing team responsible for retention, expansion, and overall customer value. You will help shape proactive outreach and agentic workflows as the CS function scales, while aligning with cross-functional partners.

This role offers remote work with occasional visits to our CT offices and other US locations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing 6–10+ CS managers, driving NRR/GRR, and building

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience leading CS teams.
• Experience managing 6–10+ CS Managers.
• Proven track record in improving NRR/GRR and reducing churn.
• Comfortable pricing discussions during renewals/upsells.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of ~8 CSMs across 800+ mid-market customers.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion to hit NRR/GRR targets.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment with cross-team communication.
• Lead special projects and scale the CS function.
• Lead meetings, performance management, and coaching.
• Utilize Planhat to monitor health and guide decisions.
• Refine workflows and agentic outreach as CS scales.
