Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior Manager of Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing team of CSMs, drive retention and expansion, and shape scalable processes in a remote-first environment.

The role partners with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve outcomes, builds dashboards and CS metrics, and mentors managers through rapid growth. Occasional office visits may be required to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership.
• Experience leading teams of 6–10+ Customer Success Managers.
• Proven track record of driving retention and expansion.
• Experience building dashboards and CS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 CSMs serving 800+ mid-market customers (~$16MM revenue).
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent while fostering high performance.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to achieve NRR/GRR targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment with clear communication across teams.
• Provide leadership on special projects and operational improvements to scale CS.
• Lead team meetings, performance management, and coaching for accountability.
• Utilize Planhat to monitor customer health and guide data-driven decisions.
• Refine Planhat workflows including agentic workflows and proactive outreach.
