Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing, fully remote team responsible for retention, expansion, and maximizing net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR). The role guides cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable customer value.

You will manage ~8 CSMs across 800+ mid-market accounts, drive adoption and churn reduction, and scale CS operations with data-driven workflows using Planhat.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership, including leading teams of 6–10+ CSMs.
• Proven track record of driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR/GRR goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 CSMs serving 800+ mid-market customers with $16MM revenue.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to hit NRR/GRR targets.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Scale CS throughput and build proactive, data-driven workflows in Planhat.
• Lead meetings, performance management, and coaching for accountability.
