Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing, fully remote team responsible for retention, expansion, and maximizing NRR and GRR across 800+ mid-market customers, representing significant revenue.

You will recruit and develop talent, drive data-driven decisions using Planhat, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable value while scaling the CS function across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success leadership, managing teams of 6–10+ CSMs.
• Proven track record in retention, churn reduction, and revenue growth.
• Experience with remote team management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 CSMs handling 800+ mid-market customers.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to improve NRR and GRR.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment across teams.
• Lead special projects to scale the CS function.
• Use Planhat to monitor health and guide decisions.
• Refine Planhat workflows for scaled CS operations.
