Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing team of ~8 CSMs serving 800+ mid-market customers, representing $16MM in revenue. The role centers on retention, expansion, and proactive customer outreach in a fully remote US-based team.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and other teams to improve customer outcomes, drive NRR/GRR targets, and scale the CS function using Planhat and data-driven workflows.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership with teams of 6–10+ CSMs.
• Strong people management skills and track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to drive retention, reduce churn, and achieve NRR/GRR goals.

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 Customer Success Managers serving 800+ mid-market customers, representing $16MM in revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
