Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers serving 800+ mid-market customers with $16MM in revenue. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies while reducing churn and increasing net revenue retention in a fully remote environment across the US.

You will recruit, develop, and coach a team of 6–10 CSMs, partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and build data-driven health scores and dashboards using

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership, including leading teams of 6–10+ CSMs.
• Proven track record of driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR/GRR goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 Customer Success Managers serving 800+ mid-market customers, representing $16MM in revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to achieve NRR, GRR, and churn retention targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to improve the customer experience and deliver business outcomes.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment and build strong working relationships across teams.
