Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma Corporation is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to oversee inventory visibility, controls, and the timely execution of domestic and international shipments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient supply chain operations in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, process improvement, and proactive issue resolution, with exposure to both commercial and clinical supply

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience in pharma/biotech with inventory, logistics, and operational execution.
Experience managing inventory records, reconciliations, movements, and controls across multiple partners.
Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments including documentation and customs.
APICS/ASCM certification preferred; strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with GMP/GxP considerations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Inventory Management and Control across products, materials, and storage locations.
Manage end-to-end Logistics and Shipment Execution domestically and internationally.
Execute PO creation and processing, track orders, and support invoice reconciliation.
Provide Operational Reporting and Stakeholder support with dashboards and KPIs.
