Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning for autologous cell and gene therapies, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing. The role focuses on forecasting, CDMO replenishment, and KPI development to drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, contribute to S&OP and budgeting, and help advance ERP systems while ensuring GMP compliance in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supply chain experience, preference for cell & gene therapy.
• APICS or similar certification preferred.
• 2+ years ERP experience, preferably NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply planning including 36-month forecasting and replenishment at CDMOs.
• Support monthly S&OP and annual budgeting.
• Maintain planning data and support ERP implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
